What we are looking for

Cook (m/f/d)

  • 25 - 40 /h per week

  • Service after arrangement, also early service Mo-Fr possible, 3-5 days week possible

  • Mise en place of the dishes and preparation of the kitchen

  • Warehouse Management

  • Close consultation with the chef

  • If required, approx. 2-week trainee phase

  • Kitchen experience and knowledge of German required

  • Payment according to collective agreement with readiness for overpayment depending on qualification

Cook marginal (m/f/d)

  • Approx. 10 /hr. per week marginal

  • Ideal in retirement

  • Service after arrangement

  • Mise en place of the dishes and preparation of the kitchen

  • Close consultation with the chef

  • If required, approx. 2-week trainee phase

  • Kitchen experience and knowledge of German required

  • Payment max. € 500.- net

Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

  • 20 - 40/hour per week

  • Framework working hours: Tuesday to Saturday 15.00 - 00.30 

  • Preparation tasks

  • Care of the guests

  • Take orders

  • Collection

  • Good knowledge of German required, English and/or other foreign languages an advantage

  • Payment according to collective agreement with readiness for overpayment depending on qualification plus tip

Commis de Rang (m/f/d)

  • 20 - 40/hour per week

  • Framework working hours: Tuesday to Saturday 15.00 - 00.30 

  • Preparation tasks

  • If required, approx. 2-week trainee phase

  • Good knowledge of German required, English and/or other foreign languages an advantage

  • Payment according to collective agreement with readiness for overpayment depending on qualification plus tip

Assistant to the Management (m/f/d)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in gastronomy/tourism an advantage
  • Use of the familiar Microsoft programs (Word, Excel...)
  • High degree of accuracy, flexibility and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent written and spoken German, English (business fluent)

TASKS

  • First contact person, reservation acceptance
  • Quotation preparation for group reservations/events
  • Cash accounting
  • Accounting
  • Delivery bill and invoice control
  • Creation and translation of menus, printed materials
  • Complaints management
  • Close cooperation and coordination with all departments
  • Taking care of errands outside the home e.g. bank, post office... (no car necessary!)
  • Preparation of incoming and outgoing invoices for accounting
